Shari's kids did such a great job on their Christmas projects!

Inspired by the post this past year where Drew and some of the creative team's kids used a sketch to create a scrapbook page, I assisted my grandkids (ages 4, 8 and 11) in making a 12x12 scrapbook page from a sketch. I precut for the younger ones, letting them choose photos, embellishments and stick it all down. The older two journaled, the youngest dictated his journalling. These pages turned out amazingly well and are in my scrapbook. These pages probably will be more cherished than the best pages I can make! Also I got 3 pages done in less than 30 minutes!debbihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09134223480592151605noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1919305852703824505.post-64128775179244141412011-12-10T08:29:32.902-06:002011-12-10T08:29:32.902-06:00Samantha's cards are beautiful. Sometimes it gets a little hard to allow the children into our stash, but it's so good for them to experiment with creating art.GLOANNhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04639947324743729122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1919305852703824505.post-64318169378405170392011-12-10T08:08:50.650-06:002011-12-10T08:08:50.650-06:00Samantha - What a beautiful take on this sketch. ...Samantha - What a beautiful take on this sketch. I love your ribbon tree and the bling on the second card is gorgeous too. Great job.

Shari - How cute are these. I miss the days when my kids used to craft with me. They are 15, 17 and almost 20 now. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Will have to do this again with them even though they are much older now. Love that you shared these.

I'm loving this weeks add on and wish it wasn't over. Everyone did so many great things with it.dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07763553809671436129noreply@blogger.com
