"Boo" card by Shari Thurman
Supplies - Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned paper: Echo Park; Cutting Machine: Cricut Expression; Ink: Versamark (black); Bakers Twine: The Twinery
Variation #1 - Instead of creating balloons, I inverted the sketch and created a pumpkin to embellish a card. I inked the edges of each layer and use 3D adhesive to assemble it. I then tied twine around the stem and added the sentiment.

"The Treats" by Allison Davis
Supplies - Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned paper: My Mind's Eye; Chipboard candy corn: My Mind's Eye; Brad: My Mind's Eye; Die cut piece: My Mind's Eye; Alphabets: American Crafts (the) and Graphic 45 (treats); Word stickers: Making Memories, KI Memories, and Scenic Route; Baker's Twine: The Twinery
One thing I have always wanted to make using the layered circles concept is a lollipop but I didn't ever seem to have the right photos. With it being October and being in a Halloween state of mind, I was happy to discover these pictures of the boys digging into their trick-or-treating haul. What a perfect time to test out that lollipop embellishment!
Variation #1 - I added a "stick" to the bottom to give the three layered circles a lollipop look.
Variation #2 - To complete the lollipop I wrapped it with clear wrapping and tied a piece of baker's twine to hold it in place.

"One Spooky Night" by Shari Thurman
Supplies - Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned paper: Echo Park; Corner Rounder: We R Memory Keepers; Punches: Fiskars (border) and Martha Stewart (bats and photo corners); Cutting system: Cricut Expression; Cartridges: Cuttin' Up(title) and Doodle Charms(pumpkins); Glitter Glue: Stickles; Adhesive: ATG by Scotch and 3D by Thermoweb; Ink: Versamark(black)
Variation #1 - Instead of creating balloons, I made pumpkins to embellish my Halloween layout. I moistened each layer of the pumpkins and crumbled them into little balls. Let them set for about 5 minutes and then opened them to dry. Once they were dry, I inked the edges and assembled them using 3D adhesive. I then hand cut green stems and twisted 1/8" strips of paper around a paper piercer to create the vines.
