To say it has been a great year is truly an understatement. It has been amazing! I'm still as excited about Sketch Support as I was on January 1, 2011.

Thank you so much to our creative team, followers, fans, readers, sketch users and anyone else that doesn't cover for making this first year a wonderful success. I don't know about you but I'm looking forward to another year full of sketches and I can't wait for you to see what our new creative team can do in 2012!

I say we celebrate with a Sketches for Scrapbooking giveaway! Tell us which Sketch Support sketch from 2011 is your favorite in the comments on this post. We'll randomly select three winners to receive a volume of Sketches for Scrapbooking, volume choice is all yours. You've got until Wednesday, January 4 and we'll announce the winner on Friday, January 6.

Let me just say - impossible to pick just one. These sketches have energized my scrapbooking this past year! But if I had to pick, I love #13 - the banners are just too cute!

I don't scrapbook without your sketches. I leave the basic design to you and I get to concentrate on supporting my photos and story with beautiful papers and embellishments. Sketches for Scrapbooking have made me proud of my finished pages! Because I am forced to choose only one, I pick two-pager #12.

BrendaB said...

I love two-page sketch #18, because of the mix of photo sizes. I had gotten away from two-page layouts, but thanks to your sketches, I'm getting back to them again!

I love #12. It's a classic I can use over and over! I like that there isn't much photo trimming necessary! Thanks for "making" me go back through them all... I can see there are a few awesome ones I haven't used as much!!!
Love your work, keep them coming!
Happy 2012!

I really loved all of your two page sketches because I do a lot of two pagers. I think my favorite from the past year was two page sketch #17. I loved the big element on the page and it could be adapted to so many different themes. I've used it for 2 or 3 layouts. Keep up the good work.

PamSpradlin said...

The one page sketch #14 is probably my favorite. Even though I do 2 page layouts in my scrapbooks probably 80% of my pages are one page and they cotain 5 photos of different sizes. I have used this page as a guide with the title on the top, on the bottom, in the middle and down the side.

scrapcreator said...

Do I have to choose just one? OK, #9 I have used several times so I'd have to say that it is my favorite at this moment. I just used #11 for a Daytona layout and I am thinking about using #23 or #14 for my Year in Review.

Lisa P said...

I think every 2 page sketch is on my favorites. I print them all and have used several. I just used #18 which turned out fabulous! That would be my favorite right now because of how my layout looks.

My favorite is 2 page sketch #3 I love the possibility of all those circles!

Kristy Mutchler said...

I LOVE your sketches; they have really opened up a new world for me in terms of scrapbooking, especially because I SO need a plan. My favorite is Two Page Sketch #17. I turned the start into a pumpkin and it looks beautiful! Thanks for the constant inspiration.

Happy Birthday Sketch Support!

I have completed so many layouts this last year using the sketches and it is hard to pick just one favorite. One of my favorites is two page sketch #14. I love that there is room for so many pics on the page.

Arlene Bridges said...

The one page sketch # 7. I made 2 of these layouts for a grandmother for Christmas. Each layout featured a precious grandson (she only has 2). The 2 x 2 photos allowed me to put some cute closeups of their facs onto the layout. The layouts were then framed and wrapped for Christmas.

Cindy said...

My favorite is one of the first ones I did and fell in love with the sketches, two page layouts and handstitching. It is Sketch number 3-with all those wonderful circles giving so much movement to the layout. Thaks for this site and all the wondeful sketches!

Well, I couldn't pick just one favorite sketch - I had to pick two! I love 2-page sketch #18 and 2 page sketch #4 - both are awesome and I love the use of 4x6 photos in it.

In fact, I love all the card sketches. My husband works on the road and these sketches are a great guide to send him cards and messages while he's gone. Thanks for sharing your designs and creativity!!

Love your sketches. I have used # 9 and # 12 the most so I'll make them my favourite. It is a hard choice as so many of them are so flexible for my photos. I use 4 x6 photos for most layouts and adjust the sketch accordingly.

Happy Birthday Sketch Support, you've done a great job Allison and DT and family!! I was soooo excited when you started this a year ago and love it even more a year later.

It would be to hard to pick a favorite, so many wonderful ideas to pick from. The last couple weeks though have totally made me happy though. I would pick the add-on weeks as my favorite to see though.

Thank you for all you do to inspire us and encourage and share with us. You are what makes this blog AWESOME!! Looking forward to another year of following your journey!!

How can I pick a favorite? I truly love them all. If I had to pick one, though very very hard, it would be the 2-page sketch #15.
Thanks again for sharing with us!!

Congratulations on your 1st year anniversary Allison! This is truly my favorite web site ever. My vote for most favorite layout would be 2-page sketch #17. It was used for the sketch challenge at the Branson crop and not only is it incredibly versatile but was inspirational enough for me to win that challenge using it! So it's a true winner!

Congratulations to the new members on the design team, I'm looking forward to your creativity this coming year!

Stacy said...

Happy Birthday and thank you for all these wonderful sketches. I love 2 page layouts so I would have to say #7 is one of my favorites.

Melissa Johnson said...

It's not fair to have to pick just one! I'd go w/the 2page #18, if I were forced! But I love the sketches...I've planned out entire albums using just the sketches, and it makes it so much easier, and so much more enjoyable when I don't have to create "from scratch" for every set of pictures. Yet I have the freedom to make the page my own & use the sketch as a 'jumping off' point. And I can use the same sketch multiple times w/o it ever looking the same!

gingerella said...

Pick one sketch? Just one?? :-)
One of my favorites is the two-page sketch #19. I like the focal 5x7 picture, the 4x4 pic grid and the chance to use a large die-cut.

But I love/print/save in a notebook all your sketches!!

Beth said...

The two page #19 is my favorite! I take TONS of sports pictures and can never decide which 3 or 4 to use .... so with this layout I can use a lot more pictures. I also like the fact that the focus is on the pictures and not on the paper and/or embleshments.
