Add-on Sketch #6

You can download and print this sketch by clicking on the add-on sketches link found under the "printable sketches" tab on the right sidebar.

"Family" by Suzanna Lee
Supplies - Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned paper, stickers: Echo Park; Flowers: Bazzill, Offray; Bling: Prima

I had all kinds of visions for this add-on and none of them materialized into the finished product. Isn't it funny how that works out? This was the simplest layout I have ever done and yet it is one of my all time favorites!! There are two pieces of paper total on this layout, amazing. There is a hidden journaling pocket here with the white flower being the pull tab for it.

I had a lot that I wanted to say but didn't want to bare my soul to the world. I also don't really mean for the kids to find it until they are older and can really comprehend what I have to share.

I used more than three argyle diamonds and shrunk them in order for them to fit in that yellow space. I also used an "inner" diamond for some contrast. This argyle row was a perfect place for a title so my letter "keys" are pop dotted for some dimension.

• I changed the diamonds from the sketch to circles.

• I used one stitch line through the circles instead of the two in the sketch.
