“We’re Wild About You” by Andrea Friebus
Supplies used - cardstock: Bazzill Basics; patterned paper: Bo Bunny Press, Basic Grey; glimmer mist: Tattered Angels; letter stickers: EchoPark, Jillibean Soup; ink: Clearsnap; embroidery floss: DMC; tags: Jillibean Soup, Making Memories; gems and pearls: Basic Grey; photo corners: Heidi Swapp
When I saw this sketch, I knew exactly what photos I wanted to use with it. But when it came time to crop the pictures, I just couldn’t trim them down to the sizes on the sketch. Since the photos were so much bigger than on the sketch, the title is higher and I had to omit the cloud embellishments. I added a dark brown cardstock base to frame the layout, an extra tag, and a line of mini pearls.
I’ll take any excuse to put butterflies on my boy’s pages but in order to keep them looking somewhat masculine, I made the butterflies out of photo corners and added pearls or gems for the body.
