If there is one thing you see a lot of in February it's hearts and you'll see a lot of them on Card Sketch #16 too! The actual grid design was inspired by the star grid on Two-page Sketch #10. While this one would make a cute Valentine's Day card you can also play around with different themes too and use things like stars, butterflies, circles, etc.
