The February add-on sketch is great for those Valentine's Day themed pages with several sizes of hearts adhered in a line and then stitching over the top of them. Try experimenting with different sizes of hearts or even different shapes like stars, circle, flowers, etc. You could also use baker's twine in place of the stitching or change up the straight line with a wavy line or a zig zag line.
