"Fun Filled Fourth" by Allison Davis
Supplies - Cardstock: Bazzill; Patterned paper: unknown; Wood words: unknown; Alphabets: American Crafts (fun filled) and My Mind's Eye (Fourth); Chipboard stars: Bazzill and American Crafts; Jewels: KaiserCraft
This is the layout and stitched fireworks that Add-on Sketch #7 is based on. These were my second attempt at stitched fireworks after my first try ended up looking more like palm trees. My fireworks differ from the add-on sketch in two ways...
• Variation #1 - I added a cluster of jewels to the center of each firework. I didn't worry about them being perfect circles and used a variety of sizes.
• Variation #2 - On the largest firework (the red one), I added loopy lines instead of the small straight lines. I also didn't add jewels to the ends of the loopy lines like I did on the other two fireworks with straight lines.

"Best Seat in the House" by Jill Sarginson
Supplies Used - Cardstock: Bazzill Basics; Patterned Paper: Pink Paislee (Hometown collection & other); Floss: Anchor; Letters: American Crafts, October Afternoon; Tools: Fiskars Scallop Sentiment border punch, Close to my Heart edge distresser; Creative Memories star punch; Ink: Vibrance; Adhesive: pop dots; Bling: The Robin's Nest
My fireworks were created by drawing the lines on my layout with a pencil and ruler. I then pierced holes along the lines and stitched. I accented the ends of the fireworks with The Robin's Nest bling and pop-dotted stars.
